I get it - you want to find support in those places but maybe you've learned to put others' needs before your own and it's hard to figure out if there's space for you. Maybe those relationships are your source of stress and the thought of setting boundaries in those relationships feels scary, either way, you're exhausted. Hi! I'm Verena - an EMDR trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas City. I work with people who are ready for change.
